Love, the Universe, and Everything, 2002
In 2001 Karen ann and Andy abruptly left their position as art-directors of a leading Milanese fashion magazine to found an on– and off–line publishing concern called 'This is a magazine'. They have alternately called the publication 'This is a magazine' and 'This is not a magazine' over the years. It is generally referred to as 'This is a magazine (about nothing)'. The first printed edition, which collected works by many emerging Internet artists of the period, was 'Love, the Universe, and Everything'.
