Regions of Interest, 2020
Ongoing use of a custom-coded automated-art-system we developed in late 2019 which algorithmically analyses existing images to identify regions to remove and/or add in recursive processes. The system inspired by 20th century art techniques such as collage, frottage and the use of found-objects. A final note that our system is entirely based on our own custom-coded software and does NOT use commercially available or otherwise "off-the-shelf" AI products.
